At Rita Mae Hair Co., each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide the personalized, intentional experience our guests have come to expect. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate guests on our waitlist and respect the time reserved specifically for you. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Guests who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service total. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and appreciate your understanding of this policy. By reserving an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
